Concert at Corpus Christi!

Jazz Band travelled to Corpus Christi school on 11/17/10 to "spread the word"
about our arts program and gave a great, informative concert to a rapt audience
of middle schoolers

Open House!

Bishop O'Dowd's 2010-2011 Open House on 11/7/10 was a smash success and all the bands

Noon Concert 10/12/10

On a scorching hot day Wednesday 10/12/10 Jazz Band played a great set on the quad
to their fellow students. Joining us for the first time was ace vocalist Adam Gold!

O'Dowd Advanced Jazz Band opens the year with a "bang" at OLG Fall Fest

Welcome to the 2010-2011 School year!

Hello everyone and welcome to the 2010-2011 School year which promises to
be the best ever. We're excited to be taking the Advanced Jazz Band to the
Reno Jazz Festival for the first time in April among other events.
Here are photos of both jazz bands. We'll be seeing you soon!

Last Noon Concert of the Year, See you in Fall 2010!

Jazz Band played their last noon concert of the school on May 18th.
As usual they gave a wonderful, spirited performance.
A big thank you to our great students, parents, and community.
We wish you all a relaxing summer and look forward to an
amazing 2010-2011 School year!

End Of The Year Blowout at Ashkenaz!!

Jazz Bands performed at their annual "End Of The Year Blowout" for the first time at Ashkenaz in Berkeley and really brought down the house....!

Spring Concert!

On May 13th, The Music Department presented its annual Spring Concert.
Needless to say i fine time was had by all!

Living Lab Event 5/1/10!

Jazz Bands Played at the Annual Living Lab Event this past weekend
and raised $1000.00 for the Fine Arts Dept....
